Version 2 | Last Updated: August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Snax Terms”) govern your use of PazGolf Snax, the on-course food and drink ordering feature provided by PazGolf Ltd (Company No. NI733614), with its registered office at 180a Belfast Road, Newtownards, Northern Ireland, BT23 4TA (“PazGolf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
PazGolf Snax (“Snax”) is an on-course ordering platform that enables golfers to order food and drink from providers at golf venues. Snax is available exclusively at venues that hold an active PazGolf Lite or PazGolf Club subscription.
By accessing or using Snax in any capacity (whether as a Golfer placing orders, a Provider fulfilling orders, or a Venue Administrator managing Snax at your venue), you agree to be bound by these Snax Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you also use PazGolf’s core golf management services (scoring, competitions, handicapping), your use of those services is governed by the separate PazGolf Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Snax Terms, you must not use Snax.
In these Snax Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Collection Point | A designated location at a Venue where Golfers collect their orders (e.g., clubhouse bar, halfway house, pro shop café). |
| Commission | The percentage of the value of Collected Orders that PazGolf invoices to the Provider, as set out in the Provider’s agreement with PazGolf. |
| Golfer | Any individual who places an order through Snax. |
| Order | A request placed by a Golfer through Snax for food and/or drink items from one or more Providers at a Venue. |
| Order Fulfilment | The portion of an Order that relates to a single Provider. Where an Order includes items from multiple Providers, each Provider’s portion is a separate Order Fulfilment. |
| Pre-Order | A food or drink order placed in advance of a society event or visitor day, linked to a PazGolf day pass. Pre-Orders are commission-free. |
| Provider | Any business or individual that fulfils Orders through Snax, including external caterers and club bar or kitchen staff. |
| Snax Terminal | The web-based interface used by Providers to receive, manage, and process Orders, accessed via dedicated terminal credentials and URLs. |
| Venue | A golf club or course with an active PazGolf Lite or PazGolf Club subscription where Snax is enabled. |
| Venue Administrator | The club administrator responsible for managing Snax at the Venue, including setting up Collection Points and linking Providers. |
PazGolf operates Snax as a technology platform that connects Golfers with Providers. PazGolf is not a food provider, caterer, restaurant, bar, or retailer. PazGolf does not prepare, cook, handle, store, or deliver any food or drink items.
PazGolf does not process payments for Orders. All payments for food and drink are made directly between the Golfer and the Provider at the Collection Point using the Provider’s own payment systems (e.g., EPOS, card machine, cash). PazGolf has no involvement in and accepts no liability for these transactions.
PazGolf does not act as agent for either the Golfer or the Provider. The contract for the supply of food and drink is between the Golfer and the Provider directly. PazGolf facilitates the introduction only.
Snax is available exclusively at Venues that hold an active PazGolf Lite or PazGolf Club subscription. If the Venue’s subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, access to Snax at that Venue will end immediately for all parties, including Providers. Providers will be notified if a Venue’s subscription status changes in a way that affects their access to Snax. Any outstanding commission invoices remain payable regardless of the Venue’s subscription status.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Provider account on Snax. Golfers must be at least 16 years old to place Orders. If you are registering on behalf of a business, golf club, or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Snax Terms.
When you create an account, you agree to:
Snax Terminals are accessed via dedicated credentials and unique URLs generated by the Venue Administrator or Provider. Terminal credentials are intended for use on shared devices in a kitchen, bar, or service environment. The Venue Administrator or Provider is responsible for the security of their terminal credentials and for ensuring that only authorised staff access the Snax Terminal. PazGolf is not liable for any actions taken through a Snax Terminal using valid credentials.
When you place an Order through Snax, you are making a request to purchase food and/or drink from the Provider(s) at the selected Venue. Your Order is not confirmed until the Provider accepts it. PazGolf does not guarantee that any Order will be accepted.
You will pay for your Order directly at the Collection Point using the Provider’s payment systems. PazGolf does not take payment from you and is not responsible for any payment disputes between you and the Provider. Where an Order includes items from more than one Provider, you may be required to make separate payments to each Provider at the Collection Point.
Some Venues may offer different pricing for members and visitors. If you are a registered member at a Venue, member pricing may be applied to eligible items. You may be asked to provide your member card number at the time of ordering so that the Provider can verify your membership and apply any applicable discount at the point of payment. PazGolf does not verify your membership status and is not responsible for any pricing discrepancies.
You may cancel an Order at any time before it has been accepted by the Provider. Once a Provider has accepted your Order (or any part of it), cancellation is not available, as the Provider may have already begun preparation. If you place an Order and fail to collect it, the Provider may record your Order as not collected. Repeated failure to collect Orders may result in your access to Snax being restricted or suspended.
All food and drink items are prepared and supplied by the Provider, not by PazGolf. The Provider is solely responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, and allergen accuracy of all items. Allergen information displayed on Snax is provided by the Provider. While we require Providers to provide allergen information, PazGolf does not independently verify this information and cannot guarantee its accuracy. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, you must speak directly with the Provider’s staff before consuming any items.
Where a Venue holds an appropriate licence to sell alcohol, alcoholic drinks may be available through Snax. By ordering alcoholic items, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age (18 years or over in Northern Ireland and the rest of the United Kingdom). The Provider is responsible for verifying your age at the point of collection and may refuse to fulfil your Order if satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided. PazGolf accepts no liability for the sale or supply of alcohol, which is governed by the Provider’s own licensing obligations.
Any complaints relating to the quality, safety, or accuracy of food or drink items must be directed to the Provider. PazGolf is not a party to the contract for the supply of food and drink and is not responsible for resolving such complaints. If you experience a problem with the Snax platform itself (e.g., technical issues with placing or tracking an Order), please contact PazGolf using the details in Section 16.
Provider accounts are free. There is no subscription fee to use Snax as a Provider. PazGolf reserves the right to introduce subscription fees in the future, with at least ninety (90) days’ notice to affected Providers.
As a Provider, you are responsible for:
When you receive an Order through Snax, you may accept or reject it. By accepting an Order, you commit to preparing the items within a reasonable time. You must:
As a Provider, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and licensing laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
PazGolf does not inspect, audit, or verify the food safety practices, hygiene standards, or licensing status of any Provider. You acknowledge that PazGolf accepts no responsibility or liability for your compliance with food safety or licensing requirements.
You must provide accurate allergen information for every menu item offered through Snax. This information must be kept up to date and must reflect any changes to ingredients or preparation methods. PazGolf displays this information to Golfers but does not verify it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of allergen information and for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete allergen disclosures.
You are responsible for collecting payment from Golfers at the Collection Point using your own payment systems. PazGolf has no involvement in the payment transaction between you and the Golfer.
You may temporarily pause incoming Orders at any time using the pause function on your Snax Terminal. While paused, your items will not be visible to Golfers. Existing accepted Orders are not affected by pausing. You may resume accepting Orders at any time.
By registering as a Provider on Snax, you represent and warrant that:
PazGolf charges Providers a commission on Orders fulfilled through Snax. The commission rate applicable to each Provider will be confirmed in writing (including by email) as part of the Provider onboarding process. The confirmed rate applies to all Collected Orders at the relevant Venue. PazGolf may agree different commission rates with different Providers. Your commission rate may be varied by PazGolf on thirty (30) days’ written notice, as described in Section 15.2.
Commission is calculated monthly based on the total value of all Order Fulfilments with a status of “Collected” during the calendar month. Order Fulfilments with a status of “Not Collected” are excluded from the commission calculation. Pre-Orders (as defined in Section 8) are commission-free and are excluded from the commission calculation.
PazGolf will issue an invoice to each Provider at the end of each calendar month for the commission due. Invoices will be sent by email with a PDF attachment and will include a breakdown of all Orders, the commission rate applied, and the total amount due. If you serve multiple Venues, your monthly invoice covers the commission due across all of your Venues.
Commission is collected automatically from the payment method you save during onboarding (card, Bacs Direct Debit, or SEPA Direct Debit), shortly after your invoice is issued at the end of each calendar month. Direct Debit collections are made under the mandate you set up at onboarding, and our payment processor (Stripe) sends you the mandate confirmation and advance notice of each collection. You must keep a valid saved payment method on file while you use Snax; you can replace it at any time from your provider dashboard.
If a collection fails, we will email you the same day the failure is confirmed, with instructions for updating your saved payment method. Saving a working payment method allows us to retry the outstanding amount automatically. If the amount remains unpaid seven days after that notice, PazGolf may:
If you believe an invoice is inaccurate, you must notify PazGolf in writing within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, providing details of the disputed items. PazGolf will review the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The undisputed portion of any invoice remains payable by the original due date.
The “Not Collected” status exists to protect Providers from being invoiced for Orders that were genuinely not collected and not paid for by the Golfer. Providers must not use the “Not Collected” status for Orders that were in fact collected and paid for. PazGolf monitors “Not Collected” rates across all Providers. If a Provider’s “Not Collected” rate is significantly above the platform average, PazGolf reserves the right to:
Where a PazGolf-subscribing club operates its own bar or kitchen through Snax, commission on its bar and kitchen Orders appears on the club’s single monthly PazGolf invoice rather than on a separate Snax invoice. The commission rate may be negotiated separately.
For clubs subscribed to PazGolf Lite, Snax commission invoiced at the Venue in a calendar month reduces the venue’s capped platform fee for that month, down to zero. This applies to commission from any Provider at the Venue: the club’s own bar or kitchen, an independent Provider (such as a caterer), or both together. Where the club’s own bar or kitchen is the Provider, the club’s monthly amount is the greater of the capped platform fee and the commission due for that month. Where an independent Provider owes the commission, that Provider is invoiced for its own commission and the club’s platform fee is reduced by the commission invoiced at the Venue. Commission is a share of Orders and is payable from the first Order, including during any period in which the platform fee itself is waived. For other subscription plans, the platform fee and any commission are separate amounts and no offset applies.
Pre-Orders placed through PazGolf’s society and visitor day pass system are not subject to Commission. PazGolf provides the pre-order management feature at no cost to the Provider as part of the Snax platform.
When a Provider accepts Pre-Orders for a society or visitor day event, the Provider is responsible for:
Cancellation policies for Pre-Orders are at the Provider’s discretion. Providers are encouraged to set a reasonable cutoff time for changes to Pre-Orders (e.g., 48 hours before the event) and to communicate this clearly. PazGolf is not responsible for disputes between Providers and event organisers regarding Pre-Order cancellations or changes.
A single Order may include items from more than one Provider (for example, food from an external caterer and drinks from the club bar). In this case, the Order is split into separate Order Fulfilments, one per Provider. Each Provider receives, manages, and fulfils only their portion of the Order.
Where an Order involves multiple Providers, the Golfer may be required to make separate payments to each Provider at the Collection Point. Golfers are informed of this at the time of placing their Order. PazGolf is not responsible for any inconvenience arising from separate payment requirements.
Commission is calculated and invoiced per Order Fulfilment, not per Order. Each Provider is invoiced only for the value of their own Order Fulfilments.
Snax uses location data to verify that Golfers are at or near the Venue when placing an Order, and to provide Providers with information about the Golfer’s position on the course to assist with preparation timing. Location data is collected in two ways:
Location data is used to:
GPS location data is cached temporarily and is not stored permanently in our databases. It is treated as ephemeral data and is deleted once the associated Order is completed or cancelled. Scoring-derived location data is retained as part of the Golfer’s scoring record in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GPS location collection requires your explicit consent via the browser’s location permission prompt. You may decline to share your GPS location, in which case your Order may be flagged to the Provider as unverified. Declining GPS permission does not prevent you from placing an Order. Scoring-derived location data is collected as part of the scoring feature and is subject to the terms of the PazGolf Terms and Conditions.
Each Venue defines a coverage area (a geographic boundary). If a Golfer’s GPS location is outside the Venue’s coverage area when placing an Order, the Order will be flagged but not blocked. The Provider is notified that the Order originated from outside the coverage area. PazGolf does not guarantee the accuracy of GPS-based location data.
Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data in connection with Snax is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Snax Terms. By using Snax, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Where a Provider receives personal data about Golfers through Snax (e.g., names, order details, member card numbers), the Provider acts as an independent data controller for the personal data they receive and process in the course of fulfilling Orders. Providers must comply with all applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Where a Golfer provides a member card number when placing an Order, this information is shared with the relevant Provider for the sole purpose of verifying membership and applying any applicable pricing or charging to the member’s account. Providers must not use member card numbers for any other purpose and must handle this information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Providers acknowledge that Snax Terminals display Golfer information, including names, order details, and approximate location data. Providers must ensure that this information is treated confidentially and is accessible only to staff who require it for the purpose of fulfilling Orders. Providers must not share, copy, or use Golfer data displayed on Snax Terminals for any purpose other than Order fulfilment.
PazGolf Snax, the PazGolf name and logo, and all associated software, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of PazGolf Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Snax Terms grants you any rights to use PazGolf’s trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.
Providers retain ownership of their menu item descriptions, images, and other content uploaded to Snax. By uploading content, you grant PazGolf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting Snax.
PazGolf may provide QR codes, signage templates, and other marketing materials bearing the PazGolf Snax branding for use at Venues. These materials may be used only in connection with the promotion of Snax at your Venue and must not be modified, adapted, or used for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Snax is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PazGolf makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Snax, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
PazGolf does not guarantee that Snax will be available at all times or without interruption. Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.
PazGolf is not responsible for the quality, safety, preparation, or accuracy of any food or drink items ordered through Snax. All food and drink is prepared and supplied by the Provider. Any claims, complaints, or legal action relating to food or drink must be directed to the Provider. PazGolf expressly disclaims all liability for:
PazGolf does not guarantee the accuracy of GPS or location data displayed on Snax Terminals. Location data is provided for informational purposes to assist Providers with preparation timing and should not be relied upon as precise or definitive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PazGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Snax. In no event shall PazGolf’s total aggregate liability to any party in connection with Snax exceed the total commission paid by that party to PazGolf in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Snax Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Each Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PazGolf, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Provider’s food and drink operations; (b) any breach of food safety, hygiene, or licensing requirements; (c) any inaccurate allergen information; (d) any breach of these Snax Terms by the Provider; or (e) any claim by a Golfer or third party relating to food or drink supplied by the Provider.
You may stop using Snax at any time. If you are a Provider, you may deactivate your account by contacting PazGolf. Any outstanding invoices for commission remain payable after termination.
PazGolf may suspend or terminate your access to Snax immediately if:
If the Venue’s PazGolf Lite or Club subscription is cancelled, terminated, or lapses, access to Snax at that Venue will end immediately for all Providers operating at that Venue. PazGolf will notify affected Providers where possible, but is not responsible for any losses arising from the Venue’s decision to cancel its subscription. Any outstanding commission invoices remain payable regardless of the reason for termination.
Upon termination of a Provider account:
If you register as a Provider and change your mind, you have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of registration without giving any reason, provided you have not yet received and fulfilled any Orders through Snax. To exercise this right, contact PazGolf using the details in Section 16.
We may update these Snax Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect, and we will ask you to accept the updated Snax Terms explicitly, in your provider dashboard. We do not treat silence or continued use alone as acceptance of a material change. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using Snax before they take effect.
PazGolf may vary the commission rate applicable to a Provider on thirty (30) days’ written notice. If you do not accept the revised rate, you may terminate your use of Snax before the new rate takes effect. Continued use of Snax after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised rate.
These Snax Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Snax Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any provision of these Snax Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Snax Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any commission rate agreed in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and PazGolf in relation to Snax. Where you also use PazGolf’s core golf management services, those are governed by the separate PazGolf Terms and Conditions.
PazGolf shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Snax Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, internet outages, government actions, or industrial disputes.
No failure or delay by PazGolf in exercising any right or remedy under these Snax Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
PazGolf may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Snax Terms to a third party (for example, in the event of a business sale or restructuring). You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
