Version 1 | Last Updated: October 2026
1.1. These Trip Reselling Terms ("Reselling Terms") apply when you set up golf trips on PazGolf for groups you sell them to. They are an agreement between you and PazGolf Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (Company No. NI733614), with its registered office at 180a Belfast Road, Newtownards, Northern Ireland, BT23 4TA ("we", "us", "our").
1.2. They apply alongside our Terms and Conditions (the "Platform Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Where these Reselling Terms and the Platform Terms differ about a Group Trip, these Reselling Terms apply. In particular, Sections 3.3 (Golf Trip Purchases), 4.2 (Billing Periods, as it applies to Golf Trip) and 5.4 (Golf Trip Refunds) of the Platform Terms do not apply to Group Trips; Sections 5 and 7 below do instead.
3.1. You may set up Group Trips once we have agreed Your Arrangement with you and you have accepted these Reselling Terms.
3.2. A Venue needs an active PazGolf Lite or Club subscription and monthly billing set up. A Travel Company needs a payment method saved in its account.
3.3. People you ask us to add to your account can set up and look after Group Trips for you. You are responsible for what they do, and for telling us when someone should no longer have access.
4.1. You are responsible for the details you give us: the trip's name, dates, courses, the number of players expected, and the Organiser's name and email address.
4.2. You must have a lawful basis to give us the Organiser's name and email address (Section 10.2). We email the Organiser about the Group Trip in our own name, for you.
4.3. When you hand a Group Trip to its Organiser, it becomes the Group's. From then on the Organiser runs it under the Platform Terms, and you cannot change it.
4.4. A Travel Company may choose to run a Group Trip itself before handing it over. While it does, it is the Group Trip's organiser, and the Platform Terms apply to it as to any organiser. It may take a Group Trip back only until the Organiser has opened it. Section 10.4 sets out how it may use the players' data.
5.1. Your price per player, and the most players we charge for one Group Trip if Your Arrangement has a limit, are shown before you confirm a Group Trip. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
5.2. A Group Trip is charged on the number of players expected, at Your Arrangement on the day you set it up. That price stays with the Group Trip: a later change to Your Arrangement never changes it.
5.3. We may offer you an introductory price for a set period; not every Arrangement includes one. Where Your Arrangement does, the introductory price applies to Group Trips set up until its end date, after which your standard price applies without further notice.
5.4. We may offer you a free trial; not every Arrangement includes one. Where Your Arrangement does, your first Group Trip is free. The invoice shows it at no charge, with what it would have cost.
5.5. Places you add to a Group Trip are charged at that Group Trip's own price per player, within the same limit, and are free on your free trial trip.
5.6. We invoice you monthly in arrears. Each invoice covers the Group Trips you set up and the places you added in one calendar month, ending at midnight in your own time zone. A Venue's Group Trips appear on the monthly invoice it already receives under the Platform Terms. We issue an invoice for every month in which you set up a Group Trip or add places, including months where Credits bring the amount due to zero.
5.7. We check each invoice before we send it, then collect it straight away from your saved payment method, by card or Direct Debit. Where you pay by Direct Debit, collections are made under the mandate you set up, and our payment processor (Stripe) sends you the mandate confirmation and advance notice of each collection.
5.8. Our fees are exclusive of any taxes, duties and charges that apply.
5.9. If you believe an invoice is wrong, tell us in writing at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Section 4.5 of the Platform Terms applies.
6.1. What you charge your Group is for you to decide, and is a matter between you and your Group. We never charge the Group for a Group Trip and never show them our price.
6.2. Our charge is per player, and your free trial is for one Group Trip only, so you should price Group Trips into what you sell from the start.
6.3. You are responsible to your Group for what you sell them, including any refund you give them and any tax on your own sales.
7.1. You may cancel a Group Trip until its first day begins, in the time zone of its courses. A Group Trip cannot be cancelled once it has started.
7.2. When you cancel a Group Trip:
Cancelling also closes the Group Trip: we tell the Organiser, and the Group's links stop working. It cannot be undone.
7.3. Credits come off your invoices after their charges, oldest first, never taking an invoice below zero. Any Credit left is carried to your next invoice. We do not pay Credits out while you sell Group Trips with us.
7.4. If you stop selling Group Trips, we pay back any Credit left within thirty (30) days of your last invoice.
8.1. On request, we may give you a code that people can use when they buy a trip themselves on PazGolf. We agree with you what it takes off the trip's price, the Credit each trip bought with it earns you, and any last day or limit on its use.
8.2. You may share your code freely with your customers. You may not sell the code itself, or present it as anything other than a discount on PazGolf.
8.3. A Credit is earned when the buyer pays, and is used as Section 7.3 describes. If that payment is refunded in full, any part of its Credit not yet used is cancelled; if an invoice has already used it, we will contact you to settle it.
8.4. We may end a code at any time. Credits already earned are unaffected.
9.1. A Travel Company's Group Trips show its name and logo at the top of every page of the trip, on its shared leaderboard screen, and on our emails to the Organiser, with "Powered by PazGolf". A Venue's Group Trips show "Set up for you by" with the Venue's name, and its logo if it gives us one.
9.2. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show your name and logo for these purposes while you sell Group Trips with us, and you confirm you have the right to do so. We may decline or remove a logo that is not suitable.
9.3. You may tell your customers that your trips include live scoring by PazGolf. Any other use of the PazGolf name or logo needs our consent.
10.1. Roles. You and we are each an independent controller of the personal data each of us processes in connection with Group Trips, and neither of us processes personal data as the other's processor. We are the controller of every account, Group Trip, score and leaderboard on PazGolf, whoever arranged the trip.
10.2. Data you give us. When you set up a Group Trip you give us the Organiser's name and email address. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to disclose them to us, and that your privacy information names PazGolf as a recipient. We tell the Organiser in our first email that you gave us their details.
10.3. Data we show you. For each of your Group Trips we show you its name, dates and places, the Organiser's name and email address, whether the Organiser has opened it, and its shared leaderboard link. We do not show you players' email addresses or handicaps, except under Section 10.4. You may use this data only to deliver and support the Group Trip, to manage your relationship with the Organiser, and to check your invoices. You may not use it for direct marketing to the Organiser or players unless you have your own lawful basis and have given your own privacy information.
10.4. Group Trips you run yourself. While a Travel Company runs a Group Trip before handing it over, it sees what an organiser sees, including players' names, email addresses, handicaps and scores, and may use that data only to run the Group Trip. You must hand the Group Trip over within thirty (30) days after its last day; after that, your access to its players' data ends. Only those of your people who need access to run the Group Trip should have it.
10.5. Codes. Where a group buys a trip from us with your code, your invoice shows that trip's name. You may use it only to check the Credit it earned. We tell the buyer this when they use the code.
10.6. Privacy information. We give privacy information to the people who use PazGolf, including Organisers whose details you gave us. You give privacy information to your own customers, naming PazGolf as a recipient and linking to our Privacy Policy.
10.7. Requests from individuals. Each of us handles requests about the personal data it holds. Each of us will tell the other within five (5) working days of receiving a request or complaint that concerns data the other holds, and help the other to answer it in time. We are the first point of contact for accounts, scores and leaderboards; you are the first point of contact for your bookings and customer records.
10.8. Security and breaches. Each of us keeps the personal data it holds under these Reselling Terms secure, with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Each of us will tell the other without undue delay, and in any case within forty-eight (48) hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting data shared under these Reselling Terms, and will cooperate on any notification to a regulator or to the people affected.
10.9. Retention. You will delete Organiser and player data you obtained through PazGolf when you no longer need it to deliver the Group Trip or to meet a legal obligation, and in any case within twelve (12) months after you stop selling Group Trips, except customer records you hold in your own right. We keep data as our Privacy Policy describes.
10.10. Transfers. Where you are established in the Republic of Ireland, data passing between the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area relies on the adequacy decisions in force in each direction. If either ceases to apply, we will both put in place standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
10.11. Onward disclosure. You will not disclose Organiser or player data you obtained through PazGolf to anyone else, except to your own service providers under written terms, or where the law requires it.
11.1. If a payment fails, we will email you the same day the failure is confirmed. If the amount remains unpaid seven (7) days after that notice, you will not be able to set up new Group Trips or add places until it is paid. Group Trips already set up are never interrupted.
12.1. We will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice of any change to Your Arrangement. A change never applies to Group Trips already set up.
12.2. If we make material changes to these Reselling Terms, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days before they take effect and ask you to accept them before your next Group Trip. We do not treat silence or continued use alone as acceptance.
13.1. You may stop selling Group Trips at any time by telling us. Group Trips already set up continue, and are invoiced as these Reselling Terms describe.
13.2. We may stop you selling Group Trips on thirty (30) days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these Reselling Terms or the Platform Terms. Group Trips already set up continue to their end.
14.1. Sections 9 (Third-Party Services), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability) and 12 (General Provisions) of the Platform Terms apply to these Reselling Terms, with "the Service" meaning PazGolf as used for Group Trips. For the limit in Section 10.2, the fees paid by you are the fees paid for Group Trips in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
14.2. These Reselling Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
