Snax: Orders From the Course

Golfers walk past your clubhouse on the way to the 10th and never come in. Snax is how they order anyway.

A golfer anywhere on your course opens one menu on their phone, orders food and drink, and tells us which hole they're playing. Your bar or kitchen sees the order come in on a terminal screen, along with when that group will reach the collection point. The order is ready when they walk up, and they pay at the counter as normal - card, cash, member card, whatever you already take.

Nothing changes at your till, and there's no new payment system. Snax is the ordering and the timing; the sale is yours.

How golfers find it

There are three ways an order reaches you, and you don't need to do anything different for any of them:

  • From the scorecard. Golfers scoring a round on PazGolf have a Snax tab right on their scorecard.
  • From paz.golf/snax. A member playing off paper - no scorecard, no app - goes to paz.golf/snax on their phone. Their location finds your club, and they order the same way. Your dashboard has a printable poster for exactly this: put it in the pro shop, or as a sign a few holes before your collection point, so the order is ready by the time they arrive.
  • Society pre-orders. Societies can order food ahead of their golf day, so your kitchen gets confirmed numbers days in advance. Pre-orders are commission-free.

What it costs

Snax is free to set up. PazGolf takes a small commission on on-course orders only - bar and restaurant sales are never touched, and society pre-orders are commission-free. Your rate is shown on screen when you enable Snax and confirmed by email. Commission is billed monthly in arrears and collected automatically, with a full order breakdown attached to every invoice.

For clubs on PazGolf Lite there's a bonus: Snax commission comes straight off your monthly platform fee, down to zero in a busy month. The more your bar sells, the less PazGolf costs.
