Commission and Invoices

The money side of Snax is designed to need nothing from you month to month. This page is what happens, when, and what lands in your inbox.

What is charged

PazGolf takes commission on on-course Snax orders - the orders golfers place from the course and collect at your collection point. That's the whole list. Your bar and restaurant sales are never touched, society pre-orders are commission-free, and an order marked Not Collected on the terminal is excluded entirely.

Your rate is shown on screen when you enable Snax and confirmed by email, and it can only change with 30 days' written notice. Keep that email - it's your record of the agreed terms.

The monthly invoice

At the start of each month, PazGolf emails an invoice for the previous calendar month. It arrives with a PDF and a CSV listing every order behind the figure, so the total is checkable line by line against your till.

Commission is billed in arrears and collected automatically from the payment method on the account - nothing to remember, no bank transfers to make. If a payment ever fails, you'll get an email straight away with a link to sort it out.

The Lite fee offset

For clubs on PazGolf Lite, Snax commission comes straight off the monthly platform fee, down to zero. The invoice shows the arithmetic: your fee, reduced by the month's Snax activity, and whatever remains - which in a busy month is nothing but the commission on your own orders.

Clubs with an independent caterer

When the kitchen is a separate business, the money stays separate too:

• The caterer is invoiced for commission on their own orders, from their own account, with their own CSV. The club never sees the caterer's order detail, and the caterer never sees the club's.
• The club's invoice still benefits: commission the caterer generates reduces the club's Lite fee just the same, shown as a single credit line without figures attributed to anyone.
